Description

This Honey Teriyaki Lime Salmon Baked in Foil is a super easy dinner recipe you can whip up in under 30 minutes. You can either use homemade honey teriyaki sauce or store-bought for an even quicker meal. Serve it with your favorite grain and/or veggie sides, for a clean eating, satisfying, healthy main meal the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1-½ pound Side Of Salmon, Skin On
  • 1  Lime, Sliced
  • 1 cup Teriyaki Sauce, Divided

Preparation

Heat oven to 410°F.

Place a large piece of aluminium foil on a baking sheet. Place the salmon on top, skin side down. Tuck the lime slices underneath the salmon and pour 3/4 cup of sauce on top.

Wrap up the foil around the salmon and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily. Pour the remaining sauce on top and serve immediately.
