Description

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Whipped Cream Cheese
  • ½ teaspoons Honey
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 2 slices Sandwich Bread
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 Tablespoon Milk
  • Maple Syrup, To Serve (optional)

Preparation

1. In a small bowl, stir the cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract together. Spread on 1 slice of the sandwich bread and top with the remaining slice.
2. In a pie pan (or similar object with sides), whisk the egg and milk together. Dunk the bread in the mixture on both sides for 30 seconds each.
3. Heat a small skillet over medium-high heat. Spray with nonstick cooking spray and add the sandwich. Cook until golden brown, then flip and repeat for the other side. Slice in half and serve with maple syrup, if desired.
