Description
This is by far one of my favorite breakfasts. BY FAR! I also love it for dinner but my hubby doesn’t necessarily like breakfast for dinner.

Ingredients
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 6 whole Eggs
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 cup Milk
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Melt butter in a microwave safe mixing bowl. Beat eggs into the melted butter.
Now mix in the dry ingredients, then the vanilla and milk until smooth. The batter will be very thin.
Generously spray a 9×9 baking dish with cooking spray and pour the batter into the dish. Bake for about 30 minutes. Just be sure the center of the pancake is not too jiggly when you take it out of the oven.
Serve with warm syrup and powdered sugar.
