Ingredients

  • 1 pound Frozen Corn Kernels
  • ¼ cups Chopped Pickled Jalapenos
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 cups Grated Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 8 ounces, fluid Whipped Cream Cheese
  • Fritos, Crackers, Or Chips For Dipping

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mashing the cream cheese into the corn. When the ingredients are combined, press mixture into a pie plate or baking dish.

Bake dip uncovered for 30–40 minutes until bubbly and brown on top. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Enjoy! You can make this in advance and keep it covered in the freezer until you’re ready to bake and serve.
