Description
A tasty dip that is healthy and perfect for your Super Bowl menu.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Thoroughly Cooked Chickpeas; Reserve Cooking Liquid.
- ½ cups Tahini
- ¼ cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Plus More For Garnish
- 2 cloves Garlic, Peeled
- 1 Lemon, Juiced
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin Or Paprika (or Half Of Each)
- Salt To Taste
Preparation
Put the cooked chickpeas, tahini, oil, garlic, and lemon juice in a food processor or blender. Sprinkle with spices, salt and pepper and process until smooth. Add chickpea-cooking water as needed to reach desired consistency and continue processing. Taste and adjust seasonings. Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
