My pretty-darn-close-to-the-real-deal version of my favorite drink at Starbucks. Bonus: It’s super easy!
Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons Vanilla Syrup
- 1 cup Ice Cubes (about 5-7)
- 1 cup Milk
- 3 ounces, fluid Cold-brewed Espresso
- Caramel Syrup, To Taste
Preparation
Put the vanilla syrup into the bottom of a large glass, and pour the milk over the top. Place ice cubes into the milk. Carefully pour the coffee over the ice cubes so that it will suspend itself on the top of the drink. Drizzle caramel syrup over the top to your liking, and enjoy! Who needs a barista anyway?
Note: You can make a simple syrup flavored with vanilla if you’d like to go the homemade route, but flavored syrup is readily available at many stores as well.
