Description

I received this recipe from a friend who told me that it came from the owner of a small coffee shop inside Union Station in St. Louis. I make it for family gatherings such as baptisms, wedding showers, etc. I’ve also taken it to work and it’s always a hit!

Ingredients

  • 2 Pots Brewed Coffee, Double Strength
  • 1 can Sweetened, Condensed Milk
  • 2 cans Evaporated Milk
  • 4 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons Regular White Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon (to Taste….you May Use Less)

Preparation

Brew 2 pots of coffee (double strength).

In a large pitcher, mix the sugars into the hot coffee until dissolved. Whisk in remaining ingredients and chill. May need mixing before pouring.

Serve over crushed ice.

Makes one gallon.
