A nutrient rich, delicious and easy to make grapefruit smoothie!
Ingredients
- 2 Red Grapefruit, Peeled And Segmented
- 2 Bananas, Sliced
- 1 Orange, Juice And Pulp
- 3 Tablespoons Greek Yoghurt
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together until very smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
Note: If the smoothie is a bit sour or bitter, add a little honey or maple syrup to the mix.
