Description
Thick and creamy, easy to make with fresh or canned pumpkin. Vegan and gluten-free.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Fresh Pumpkin, Or Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Banana, Sliced
- 1 Green Apple, Peeled And Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter (salt And Sugar Free)
- ¾ cups Coconut Milk Or A Dairy Free Milk Of Your Choice (almond, Rice)
- ½ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoons Mixed Spice
- ½ teaspoons Vanilla Essence

Preparation
Peel and slice pumpkin into small cubes. Steam until very soft, drain.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until silky smooth and creamy. Add a dash of water if you feel it is too thick.
Pour into bowls. Top with sliced fruit, nuts and seeds of your choice. Dust with a little ground cinnamon and enjoy!
