Quick and easy appetizer that will have everyone impressed!
Ingredients
- 48 whole Wonton Wrappers
- 2 cups Shredded, Cooked Chicken
- 12 ounces, weight Heluva Good! Jalapeno Cheddar Dip
- ⅓ cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 bunch Cilantro, Chopped, As Desired For Garnish
- Cooking Spray
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly spray two 12-count muffin tins with cooking spray.
Place two wonton wrappers in each muffin tin, one slightly overlapping the other to cover the bottom and sides of each well.
In a small bowl, mix the chicken and dip until combined. Evenly distribute the chicken mixture into the assembled wonton wrapper cups.
Next, sprinkle a little bit of cheddar cheese over each cup.
Bake for 6 to 7 minutes, or until the wonton wrappers are lightly browned and the cheese has melted. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves as desired.
