Description

A super easy savory green smoothie that has a little kick to it.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Avocado
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1 piece Fresh Ginger
  • 1 whole Jalapeno
  • 1 whole Small Beet
  • 4 stalks Collard Greens
  • 1 whole Cucumber

Preparation

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth. You may add more or less jalapeno, to taste. Adjust the sweetness as desired. You may add in some lemon juice to help with the flavor as well.
