Ingredients

  • 2-¼ cups Greek Yogurt
  • 4 whole Scalions, Finely Diced
  • 2 whole Jalapeno Peppers, Chopped Finely
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Fresh Ginger Root
  • 1 whole Lime, Zest And Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Curry Powder
  • ½ cups Finely Chopped Fresh Mint

Preparation

In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients, stirring as you add each. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serving suggestions: pita chips, garlic chips or crackers, fresh cut veggies. Enjoy!
