Ingredients
- 1 package Cream Cheese, Softened (8 Oz. Package)
- 3 cups Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
- 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed, Diced
- ⅔ cups Lager
- 2 Tablespoons Plain Greek Yogurt
Preparation
In a food processor combine the cream cheese, Monterey jack cheese, jalapeno, beer and yogurt until creamy and smooth. Add more beer if necessary. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve as a dip alongside your favorite salty treat.
