Loaded with spiciness and cheesiness, this dip has all the flavor of jalapeno poppers without the work!
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight 1/3 Of The Fat Cream Cheese
- ½ cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 3 Tablespoons Canned Green Chilies
- ⅓ cups Finely Chopped Jalapeno Peppers
- ¾ cups Reduced-fat Cheddar Cheese, Divided
- Baked Tortilla Chips, To Serve
Preparation
1. Stir together cream cheese and yogurt in a medium-sized bowl until creamy. Add in the red pepper flakes, chilies, jalapenos, and 1/2 cup cheese. Stir until combined.
2. Spoon into a 1-quart casserole or other microwaveable dish. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of cheese on top. Microwave dip for 2 minutes or until dip is hot and cheese is slightly melted.
3. Serve with baked tortilla chips. If any remains, store in refrigerator.
