A creamy dip with a little kick!
Ingredients
- 2 blocks (8 Oz. Size) Cream Cheese, At Room Temperature
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, Divided
- 4 ounces, weight Chopped Green Chilies
- 4 ounces, weight Chopped Jalapenos, Add More If You Like More Heat
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- ½ sticks Butter, Melted
Preparation
I can’t take credit for the recipe. I came across it on BigRedKitchen.com and it has been a staple at every gathering at my house since! This needs to be shared with the world!
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Combine cream cheese, mayo, shredded cheese, 1/2 cup parmesan, chopped green chilies and jalapenos. Pour into greased oven safe dish.
For the topping, combine panko, melted butter and the remaining 1/2 cup parmesan. Spread over dip.
Bake 25 minutes.
