Ingredients
- 10 Jalapenos (halved)
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 pound Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
- Black Pepper (few Cracks)
- ¼ teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1 dash Garlic Powder
Preparation
Halve jalapeños and scoop out the seeds and membranes.
Mix the cream cheese and cheddar cheese together with a large spoon. Add crumbled bacon and spices and mix well. Fill the jalapeño halves with the cheese mixture.
Heat oven to 350ºF and bake for 20–25 minutes. Serve and refrigerate leftovers when cool.
