Description
A flavorful salsa with jicama. Great for dipping with tortilla chips and serving with tacos and burritos.
Ingredients
- 2 Tomatoes, Chopped
- 1 Jicama, Peeled And Diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 Limes, Juiced
- ½ cups Corn Kernels, Fresh Or Frozen
- ½ cups Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Pepper
- ¼ teaspoons Paprika
Preparation
Chop the veggies and combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir and serve!
