This scrumptious Kale and Shrimp Pasta is perfect for dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Uncooked Pasta
- ½ cups Unsalted Butter
- 2 Shallots, Minced
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 pound Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
- Kosher Salt And Freshly Ground Pepper
- 1 bunch Kale Sliced
- ½ bunches Fresh Parsley
Preparation
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain well.
Melt butter on a pot on low-medium heat. Add shallots and garlic, cook until shallot becomes translucent, about 2–3 minutes.
Add shrimp. Season with salt, pepper and chili powder. Cook for about 5–6 minutes.
Add kale. Stir in pasta. Finish with parsley.
