A delicious, healthy, fruit and kale smoothie.
Ingredients
- ½ cups Plain Kefir (or Greek Yogurt)
- 1 whole Banana, Peeled
- 1 cup Kale (packed)
- ½ cups Frozen Peach Slices
- ½ cups Frozen Mango Chunks
Preparation
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender, put the lid on and blend until well mixed. Pour the smoothie into a large glass and serve.
