    Description

    A delicious, healthy, fruit and kale smoothie.

    Ingredients

    • ½ cups Plain Kefir (or Greek Yogurt)
    • 1 whole Banana, Peeled
    • 1 cup Kale (packed)
    • ½ cups Frozen Peach Slices
    • ½ cups Frozen Mango Chunks

    Preparation

    Combine all of the ingredients in a blender, put the lid on and blend until well mixed. Pour the smoothie into a large glass and serve.
