Description
Quick and easy hummus is dressed up in green with the addition of kale. Delicious and nutritious!
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Garbanzo Beans
- 1 cup Torn Kale Leaves
- 1 clove Garlic
- 3 Tablespoons Tahini
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 Tablespoons Water
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoons Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Preparation
Drain and rinse the beans. Add all ingredients to a food processor. Process until smooth, scraping the sides as necessary. Add more olive oil or water to reach the desired consistency.
Taste test a lot!
Serve immediately or store in the fridge until ready.
