Kick game day up a notch with these crazy delicious, perfectly crispy and spicy, keto Buffalo chicken wings, ready in minutes in the air fryer!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Hot Sauce
- ¾ cups Butter (ghee For Dairy Free)
- 2 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 pound Chicken Wings
- 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
Preparation
In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk hot sauce, ghee or butter, white wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and garlic powder. Bring sauce to a boil, whisking frequently, then remove from heat.
Cut chicken wings into 3 pieces, discard wing tips. Coat lightly with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt.
Place chicken wings in air fryer basket and set air fryer to “air crisp” at 390ºF for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, shake chicken wings in the basket, then re-start air fryer and cook at 390ºF for another 10 minutes.
Place chicken wings in a bowl and pour Buffalo sauce over the chicken wings, coating them evenly. Allow wings to cool at least 10 minutes before serving.
