Description

Easy and delicious, these overnight oats with kiwi, blueberries and yogurt are a healthy way to start the day!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Oats
  • ½ cups Low Fat Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Honey
  • 1 whole Kiwi, Peeled And Diced
  • ¼ cups Blueberries
  • ¼ cups Plain Yogurt

Preparation

In a container of your choice, add 1/4 cup oats, 1/4 cup milk, 1 teaspoon honey, 1/2 kiwi (diced) and 1/8 cup blueberries. Top with 1/8 cup plain yogurt.

Repeat layers, ending with fruit topped yogurt. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Enjoy!
