Description
This cheater Korean Beef bowl is perfect for those hectic weeknights. In 15 minutes flat, you can have an amazing meal that your family will love.
Ingredients
- ⅓ cups Brown Sugar, Packed
- ¼ cups Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil
- ½ teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, Or More To Taste
- ¼ teaspoons Ground Ginger
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- Cooked Brown Rice, For Serving
- 2 whole Green Onions, Thinly Sliced, For Garnish
Preparation
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes and ginger.
In a pan over medium high, heat vegetable oil. Brown ground beef and garlic and drain any excess fat. Stir in sauce mixture and simmer for 3 minutes.
Scoop over cooked brown rice and garnish with green onions.
