Description

Gooey peaches, blackberries and blueberries topped with crunchy oatmeal and walnuts.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE FRUIT MIXTURE:
  • 2 cups Peaches Sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Blackberries
  • ¼ cups Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 3 Tablespoons Cinnamon
  • FOR THE TOPPING:
  • ½ cups Walnuts, Chopped
  • ½ cups Oats
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter, Cubed
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 4 Tablespoons Brown Sugar

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Mix the fruit in a 2 quart ceramic baking dish. Add the sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. Toss with the fruit.
2. In a small bowl, mix the walnuts, oats, butter, cinnamon and brown sugar. Spread the topping over the fruit mixture.
3. Cook in the oven for 45 minutes, rotating the dish halfway through.
4. Serve with ice cream and enjoy.
