Description
A popular Hawaiian beverage that we learned to love while vacationing there.
Ingredients
- FOR THE STRAWBERRY PUREE:
- 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1 teaspoon Rum Extract
- 1 Tablespoon Corn Syrup
- FOR THE PINA COLADA SLUSH:
- 1 Tablespoon Grenadine Syrup
- ½ cups Pina Colada Drink Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Pineapple Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Corn Syrup
- ½ teaspoons Rum Extract
- ½ teaspoons Coconut Extract
- ¼ cups Milk Or Cream
- 20 whole Ice Cubes
Preparation
Blend the ingredients for the strawberry puree until smooth and pour into 2 tall glasses. Rinse the blender and place the remaining ingredients in (for the pina colada slush). Blend until smooth. Pour this mixture into the 2 glasses with the strawberry puree and serve with a straw.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge if desired.
