Layered Chocolate Yoghurt Chia Seed Cups.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE YOGHURT CHIA SEED LAYER:
  • 4 Tablespoons Plain Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • FOR THE CHOCOLATE LAYER:
  • 2  Bananas
  • ⅛ cups Coconut Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Cocoa Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla Essence
  • 2 teaspoons Desiccated Coconut
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • Dash Of Honey To Taste (I Don’t Use Any)
  • FOR THE FRUIT LAYER:
  • ½ cups Gooseberries (or Berry Of Your Choice)
  • Drizzle Of Honey

Preparation

Mix the yoghurt and chia seeds together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

Blend all ingredients for the chocolate layer until thick and smooth.

Layer the fruit at the bottom with a little drizzle of honey, then the yoghurt and chia seeds, topped with the chocolate mixture. Add some fresh fruit on top if you like and enjoy!
