Layered Chocolate Yoghurt Chia Seed Cups.
Ingredients
- FOR THE YOGHURT CHIA SEED LAYER:
- 4 Tablespoons Plain Greek Yoghurt
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- FOR THE CHOCOLATE LAYER:
- 2 Bananas
- ⅛ cups Coconut Milk
- 2 teaspoons Cocoa Powder
- ½ teaspoons Vanilla Essence
- 2 teaspoons Desiccated Coconut
- ½ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- Dash Of Honey To Taste (I Don’t Use Any)
- FOR THE FRUIT LAYER:
- ½ cups Gooseberries (or Berry Of Your Choice)
- Drizzle Of Honey
Preparation
Mix the yoghurt and chia seeds together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Blend all ingredients for the chocolate layer until thick and smooth.
Layer the fruit at the bottom with a little drizzle of honey, then the yoghurt and chia seeds, topped with the chocolate mixture. Add some fresh fruit on top if you like and enjoy!
