Description
Pineapple-banana smoothie with spinach for extra vitamins (don’t worry, you can’t taste it!)
Ingredients
- ¾ cups Pineapple Or Mango Chunks
- 1 Medium Banana
- ⅔ cups Greek Yogurt
- 3 whole Or 4 Whole Handfuls Of Raw Spinach
- ⅓ cups Pineapple Juice
- 10 Ice Cubes
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You may need to add half the spinach and blend the mixture before adding the rest of the spinach, depending on the size of your blender.
Taste and add more pineapple juice if the smoothie isn’t sweet enough (or isn’t blending very well); or add more Greek yogurt to make smoothie creamier (and a bit less sweeter). Serve immediately.
