Description
Turn leftover stuffing into turkey and stuffing meatballs. Quick, easy, and great the next day. Dip in leftover gravy or cranberry sauce!
Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Turkey
- 2 cups Leftover Stuffing (or Store Bought Instant Stuffing)
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a large bowl, mix together turkey, stuffing, and egg. Mix until well combined. Roll into 1-inch meatballs.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add meatballs, and brown slightly. Remove and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10–15 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through.
Serve with gravy or cranberry sauce for dipping.
