Ingredients
- 1 cup Cashew Or Almond Milk
- 1 cup Frozen Banana Slices
- 2 Tablespoons Plant Based Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- ¼ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- ⅛ teaspoons Lemon Extract
- Coconut Whipped Cream (optional)
- Cookie Or Pie Crust Crumbs (optional)
Preparation
Add cashew or almond milk, frozen banana, protein powder, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract and lemon extract to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and top with coconut whipped cream and cookie or pie crust crumbs, if desired.
