Description
This is a “grab a bunch of napkins because you’ll have butter dripping down your chin, but it’s so good you won’t care” kind of recipe. Definitely a keeper.
Ingredients
- 2 whole Lemons, Sliced And Seeds Removed
- 8 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, Melted And Cooled
- 1 package (about 0.6 Oz. Packet) Good Seasons Garlic And Herb Salad Dressing Mix
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley Flakes
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1 pound (21-25 Count) Peeled And Deveined Shrimp
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place lemon slices in a single layer on the bottom of a 9×13-inch glass baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, dressing mix, parsley, and pepper. Add shrimp and toss well to coat. Pour the shrimp-butter mixture over the lemon slices and arrange so the shrimp are in a single layer.
Bake uncovered for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and serve immediately. I like to serve them over pasta or rice, or along side a loaf of crusty French bread to soak up all the yummy juices.
