Ingredients
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- ½ cups Lemon Juice
- ½ cups White Wine
- 2 teaspoons Dried Parsley
- ½ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 6 whole Tilapia Fillets
Preparation
Combine garlic, lemon juice, white wine, parsley, pepper, and salt in a medium bowl and whisk to combine. Place olive oil in a large skillet and turn on medium heat. Once heated, lay fish fillets in a single (or almost single) layer in the skillet and pour over 3/4 or all of lemon sauce. Cook fish on medium heat until flesh turns white and flakes easily with a fork (5 minutes or less). Serve warm.
