Ingredients
- 2 whole (6 Oz. Size) Fresh Salmon Fillets
- 2 Tablespoons Light Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Pure Honey
- 1 whole Lemon, Juice Only
- 1 whole Lime, Juice Only
- 3 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds, For Garnish
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
In a resealable bag, add soy, honey, lemon and lime juices, and salmon. Gently massage salmon. Place bag on a plate and refrigerate 20 minutes to marinate.
Place salmon, skin-side down, on a parchment-lined baking sheet pan or dish. Bake 12 minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds.
We love this with jasmine rice and a salad.
