Description
These simple Lemon Mint Ice Cubes are sure to cool things off.
Ingredients
- 1-½ cup Packed Fresh Mint Leaves (about 1.1 Oz)
- 2-½ Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice (juice From 1 Lemon)
- 4 cups Water
Preparation
In a blender or food processor, combine mint, lemon juice, and a small amount of the water until mint is finely chopped.
Add mixture to the remaining water, mix well, pour in ice cube trays, and freeze.
Once frozen, store ice cubes in a zip top plastic bag in freezer until ready to use.
