Ingredients
- FOR THE PANCAKES:
- 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Zest
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tablespoon Sour Cream
- 1 cup Milk

- FOR THE GLAZE:
- ⅛ cups Honey
- 4 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Milk
- ½ cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Poppy Seeds
Preparation
For the pancakes:
Heat skillet over medium high heat and drizzle with canola oil until covered lightly.
Combine flour, sugar, and zest well. Add vanilla, sour cream, and milk until well combined.
Drop batter using a 1/4 measuring cup; flip when it begins to look firm and air bubbles appear.
For the poppy seed glaze:
Combine honey, lemon juice, and milk; stir well. Add sugar a few tablespoons at a time while stirring frequently, until completely dissolved. When all sugar has been added, stir in poppy seeds.
