Lemon Spinach Feta Dip

Serve warm with toasted bread slices or crackers!

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces, weight Fresh Baby Spinach
  • 1 whole Lemon, Zest And Juice
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • ½ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

In a food processor, add spinach and pulse several times. Add lemon zest and juice, feta cheese, pepper, and olive oil. Run processor on high to combine ingredients. Transfer to a baking dish (I use an oval oven safe dish) and place into the oven. Bake 12 minutes.

Serve warm. We love this with sliced toasted bread!
