A healthy and budget-friendly meal. So tasty, you won’t even notice that it’s meatless.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Washed Dry Lentils
  • 14 ounces, fluid Diced Tomatoes With Green Chilies
  • 2 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
  • Taco Shells And Your Favorite Taco Toppings, To Serve

Preparation

Add all ingredients in crockpot. Stir. Cook on high for 4–6 hours. Don’t worry if it looks like soupy at first, the lentils will absorb it.

Fill taco shells with lentils and top with your favorite toppings, such as guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream.
