Description

A creamy, healthy dip made with avocados, Greek yogurt, tomatoes, jalapenos and seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Avocado, No Seed Or Skin, Cut Into Chunks
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Onion, Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Jalapeno, Seeded, Diced Small
  • 2 Tablespoons Cilantro (more To Taste!)
  • 1 whole Lime, Juiced
  • ⅔ cups Greek Yogurt, Plain
  • ½ teaspoons Cumin, Ground
  • Salt And Black Ground Pepper
  • 1 whole Plum Tomato, Seeded And Diced

Preparation

In a bowl add avocado, garlic, onion, jalapeno, cilantro and lime juice. Stir in Greek yogurt, cumin, salt and pepper; mix until combined. Fold in tomatoes.

Refrigerate until ready to use.
