Lindy’s Mean Green Smoothie

    Description

    Avocados, mango and fresh spinach make this a very healthy, but yummy smoothie. Trust me!

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Plain Soy Milk
    • ½ cups Frozen Mango Chunks
    • 10 whole Fresh Spinach Leaves
    • ¼ whole Medium Avocado
    • 1 teaspoon Agave Syrup Or Honey

    Preparation

    Place all ingredients in a blender, cover and blend on low for a few seconds to mix spinach leaves in and then turn up to medium high to high speed for 2 or 3 minutes or until desired consistency.

    Drink up! It really is better than you think…and sooo good for you. Nice source of protein and vitamins.
