Wonderful, healthy to get your kids (or yourself) to drink and enjoy more milk.
Ingredients
- 1 whole Glass Of Skim Milk (or 2% Or Whole Milk, If You Prefer)
- 2 teaspoons Splenda, Or More As Needed
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Preparation
Blend milk and sugar substitute in a blender (I used my Magic Bullet) until foamy, then add vanilla.
