These low carb energy bites are buttery, sweet, a little salty, and hard to eat just one. Luckily they are only 2 net carbs per serving!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 3 Tablespoons Melted Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Swerve Sweetener
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. The mixture should be wet enough to stick together.
Scoop out 1 tablespoon of the mixture at a time and roll into a ball. The balls should be 1 1/4 inch in diameter. Refrigerate for 1 hour, if desired.
