This is for you dieters out there, especially the Atkins folks!

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon (rounded) Cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon (rounded) Splenda
  • ⅓ cups Half-and-half
  • ⅔ cups Water

Preparation

Prepare the cocoa/Splenda (or other non-sugar sweetener) beforehand. Mix equal quantities in a handy container. Now you’re ready!

Microwave half-and-half and water until hot. Add rounded teaspoonfuls of the cocoa/Splenda mix and stir well, about 30 seconds to a minute.

Make some for your significant other, too! Drink it together.
