Description
A tropical sherbet float with Malibu rum.
Ingredients
- 6 ounces, fluid Malibu Rum
- ¼ cups Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice With Pulp
- 8 ounces, fluid 7-up
- 4 cups Tropical Sherbet, Divided
- 2 Tablespoons Toasted Coconut, Divided
Preparation
Add Malibu Rum, orange juice, 7-Up, 2 cups sherbet and 1 tablespoon of toasted coconut to a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Pour into glasses and top with 1 or 2 scoops of remaining sherbet. Sprinkle remaining toasted coconut on top.
