  • 2  Limes, Juice And Zest
  • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Pepper
  • 2  Large Ripe Mangos, Large Dice
  • 1  Large Hass Avocado, Medium Dice
  • 2  Nopales Segments, Needles Removed And Small Dice
  • 1  Medium Red Onion, Small Dice
  • 1  Medium Tomato, Medium Dice
  • 1  Large Bunch Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1  Jalapeño, Seeded And Finely Diced

Preparation

Whisk lime juice, zest, oil, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss well to coat. Allow to sit for 30 minutes before serving.
