- 2 Limes, Juice And Zest
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- ½ teaspoons Pepper
- 2 Large Ripe Mangos, Large Dice
- 1 Large Hass Avocado, Medium Dice
- 2 Nopales Segments, Needles Removed And Small Dice
- 1 Medium Red Onion, Small Dice
- 1 Medium Tomato, Medium Dice
- 1 Large Bunch Cilantro, Chopped
- 1 Jalapeño, Seeded And Finely Diced
Preparation
Whisk lime juice, zest, oil, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss well to coat. Allow to sit for 30 minutes before serving.
