Description
A nice light smoothie for warm summer days, after a workout, or when you’re simply in the mood for something sweet!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Mango Pieces
- 2-½ whole Bananas
- ¾ cups Natural Yogurt
- 1 cup Orange Juice
- ½ cups Ice Cubes
Preparation
Cut the mango into pieces and measure out, then put them in the blender. Cut the bananas into pieces and put in the blender with the mango. Then add the yogurt, orange juice and the ice cubes. Run the blender om medium speed till the smoothie is nice and smooth. Serve in tall glasses.
If you’re more in the mood for a dessert, you can use ice cream instead of yogurt, add some vanilla and put some whipped cream on top!
