Ingredients
- 1 cup Frozen Mango Chunks
- 1-½ cup Coconut Milk
- 1 whole Carrot, Peeled And Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Honey (optional)
- 1 cup Ice
Preparation
Throw all ingredients into a blender and mix. Adjust to taste.
For thicker smoothie, use more ice and less milk. For sweeter smoothie, add more honey.
