Need a healthy pick me up in the late afternoon? Here’s your answer: Mango Carrot Chia Smoothie. It’s full of good for you fruits and veggies with an added boost of fiber from the chia seeds. Gluten-free and paleo.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen Mango Chunks
  • 1-½ cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 whole Carrot, Peeled And Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Honey (optional)
  • 1 cup Ice

Preparation

Throw all ingredients into a blender and mix. Adjust to taste.

For thicker smoothie, use more ice and less milk. For sweeter smoothie, add more honey.
