Ingredients
- 2 whole Mangoes, Cut Into Cubes
- 1 cup Mascarpone
- ¼ cups Softened Cream Cheese
- ¼ cups Sweetened Coconut Flakes
Preparation
Add cubed mango into a food processor and pulse several times. Add mascarpone, cream cheese and run until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl and fold in coconut flakes.
Chill until ready to serve. Enjoy!
