Ingredients
- 1-¼ cup Fresh, Large Diced Mango; (about 1 Large Mango) (thawed Mango Cubes Can Also Be Used)
- 1-¼ cup Plain Yogurt
- ¾ cups Milk
- ⅓ cups Brown Sugar (or Sweetener Of Choice, To Taste))
- ⅛ teaspoons Cardamom
- ⅛ teaspoons Salt
Preparation
Put all ingredients into a blender. Puree until smooth and creamy.
This can be served immediately or put in the refrigerator to chill.
Makes about 3 1/2 cups of Lassi.
