Description
A sweet yoghurt smoothie flavored with mango and cardamom.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Plain Yoghurt
- 1 cup Chopped Mango
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar, Or To Taste
- 1 dash Cardamom
- 1 Tablespoon Pistachios, Ground (optional, For Sprinkling On Top)
Preparation
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, then pour into individual glasses and serve.
Sprinkle with a little cardamom and/or ground pistachios if desired.
