Description

Beat the heat with this refreshing, delectable smoothie. It tastes rich and indulgent but is actually healthy and low fat!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Mango (flesh Only)
  • ½ cups Fat-free Greek Style Yogurt
  • ½ cups Low Fat Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Simple Syrup (or Other Sweetener)
  • 4 sprigs Fresh Mint
  • 1 dash Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Salt

Preparation

Put all the ingredients into a blender and puree until completely smooth. Adjust the milk if you’d like a thinner beverage. For the best taste, pour into a chilled glass and place in the refrigerator or freezer for at least 15 minutes. When ready to serve, garnish with a sprig of mint, if desired.
