Description

A healthy milkshake sans ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 3 whole Ripe Mangoes
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • ¼ cups Ice Cubes (optional)

Preparation

Remove seed from mangoes. Slice mangoes into chunks. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend. At this point you can add more sugar if you feel it’s necessary, as well as water or more milk to dilute if needed. Serve chilled.
